Do you have any clue why the Vault-Tec Population Management System doesn't work in this location? I wonder if it's just the scale of the building, but perhaps there's another reason easily fixed.
I am actually having the same problem here. It's probably because the blueprint is so damn big that it can't save properly. At least that's what I think what's happening.

Question: I have the Slocum Joe's Donut shop mod installed, but before building Starlight, the blueprint still says I don't have it. The plugin is installed and enabled as well. This happen to anyone and still get the Slocum Joe's Donut shop installed the settlement? Thanks.
I installed the mod,beautiful work by the way,went back many days later,opened up the workshop and in the power its red,I guess that means there's no power,it says power 502 in red,most others are white,do I need to turn on somehow?
HAving an issue with lag, I have some mods that pretty the game up and I'm running fallout at ultra, but I have a 6900 xt and i get around 22-43 fps looking at thew center of starlight inn. Any suggestions?
This looks like a wonderful settlement, so I loaded version 1.10, and I had similar problems others have had. Here are some details, if it helps. I installed it yesterday, which took forever to finish and then it had a very low FPS. When I tried to save, my PC became unresponsive, and I had to shut it down. My PC is low end, somewhere between F4's minimum and recommended hardware, so the problems may be on my end. I loaded it again today, to give better feedback. Importing was taking forever, so I left my computer. After forty minutes, importing was at 83% and I received an error message. "Error: settlement seems stuck for at least 60 seconds disabling the item to refresh scale - item #4922 Brahmin [##114A65]". After I acknowledged the error, importing jumped to 99% and stayed there importing for two hours, stuck on item 4922/4929. I stopped there to write this message, in the event it helps anyone. Thank you for your work on this.
blueprint load success saving game success (going to different settlement) when back to starlight drive-in to see what inside suddenly got crash (its not like crash to desktop suddenly, but there is a warning message "runtime error", when i click ok/confirm the FO4 crash to desktop) i think its to much for my pc to handle this blueprint thx anyway

You should see Onyx Nightshade's Settlements - Graygarden Blueprint!
There are know FPS dips when looking at certain locations like say the Red Rocket settlement.
Not much we can do about it, it's a game engine thing.
It's a bit of work though :)
