Changelogs
Version 2.1
Added Items:
3 windowed walls that match the solid walls and floors.
1 scavver themed chemistry crafting station
4 kinds of wall kitchen cabinet. They function as storage containers. One has general kitchen ware, one food, one drinks, and one is empty. They snap to the walls and to each other, and the empty cabinets are compatible with DIY Clutter decorations. There's 3 different styles, making for 12 cabinets total.
Bug Fixes:
-fixed pathing issues for placeable walls and doorways, no more teleporting!
-all items should show up correctly in the build menu now
Notes:
About the building pieces, the textures will likely be entirely replaced on the next major update, though I will try to keep the integrity of the original look as to not mess up builds. It took me until it was too late to discover that the connection cord for my storage drive was damaged, so I've lost most sources. The windows don't look fantastic, but I figured I would release what I had since redoing it all will be a bit. :)
Version 2.0
The update doubles the amount of items added, Uninstall previous version, then install new version. Full support for both vanilla menu and SKE menu.
Added items:
2 Reclaimed Wood Doorframes
5 Reclaimed Wood Walls
3 Reclaimed Wood Floor Textures in 4 building pieces*
1 Ceramic Tile Floor texture in 4 building pieces*
5 Office Couch Retextures, clean and dirty versions
5 Player House Couch Retextures, clean and dirty versions, matches Office Couch Textures
3 doghouses
Nuka Girl Curtain retexture, clean and dirty versions
*Floor, MultiStory Floor, Pier Foundation, Concrete Foundation
Other Changes:
-made changes to file structure
-improved textures
-fix issue with settlers not assigning to beds
-added small happiness bonus to beds, as they cost more and are nicer than vanilla.
Notes:
I'm sure there are some snapping issues with the build pieces, I noticed roofs were quirky to place in particular. Feel free to remark on anything that needs tweaking, but to be really helpful I need a screenshot. :)
Version 1.0
The Nexus already has a lot of building and furniture mods available, but I hadn't seen much available in the hobbled-together department, and wanted to contribute. Also I just really wanted dirty bed sheets and curtains.
Currently has 47 building pieces. I will likely add onto this as time goes on and I get inspiration for my more pieces. Feel free to make suggestions, I make no guarantees.
Includes:
5 bed models, with 4 additional lore friendly blanket (a total of 25 post-war beds)
3 large prefab buildings (All prefabs have snap points, are navmeshed, and can be placed on water)
2 small prefab buildings
6 curtains with lore friendly textures (easily placed without Place Anywhere, but it helps)
3 stools
3 chairs
2 couches
2 doghouses
1 dog bed
Notes:
- One of the bed models, and the chairs and stools, sometimes have issues loading all details when you first place them. Reloading the save fixes them, and if you already have that item correctly loaded in your settlement new ones placed with display correctly. I haven't an idea on how to correct this since the pieces missing aren't separate from pieces showing correctly. It's mostly the planks on the wooden crates on those items only.
- I have been informed that navmeshing may not be enough to get the prefabs to work, and the fix for this problem is not something I have the tools to do. When testing I didn't have problems, but I also snapped floors to the outside of the prefabs entrances. If your companions and settlers are having issues navigating their way around the prefab to use the items, please let me know.
- Should be compatible with most things, but if you need a patch feel free to request it. There is a patch to add "This is MY Bed" functionality in optional files.
