LONG TIME NO SEE!!!!!
I missed you people (seriously).
A small update about my personal status...
Ive finally got some sort of job though it isnt full time at least i can make some cash during the summer doing my old job (30 years ago) and that being Stage manager for a sound and light crew that covers concerts etc.
The work is VERY back breaking for a 55 yearold but i cant be picky since finding any type of job is all most impossible here in Greece.
Bad part for you guys is that i have little to no time to do what i love most and that is modding so after this mod you will have to wait a month or two till my next release when i have some time to work on something.
About this mod....
This is what we all know as the synth infested University point location.
Ive taken the liberty of cleaning it up and making it a full blown settlement making all the buildings usable (old and new) .
The one side ofc is slanted/tilted a couple of degrees to keep a bit of the lore in tact so building in this area is abit hard and a placing mod is recommended .
You have several buildings for beds and setting up shops and ive even added a type of flea market outside under a nice metal umbrella .
I didnt have the time to add details to all the buildings so im leaving the decorating to you.
Defending it is quite easy since ive walled it in and you have plenty of roof tops etc to place turrets etc.
Each entrance has a guard tower overlooking the entrances so if you have a mod that has guard place mats use them.
Ive given you a power gen that gives you 150power and several pylons/connectors to spread the power around .
To get power all you have to do is connect from a conduit TO the gen .( its all ready activated).
Known issues...
None other than a bit of a fps drop due to lighting etc...
