for any one having a problem not able to go above 10 stats use console command or any way of form and changes the stats back to 9 then you will be able to go above 10 point
Honestly surprised no one did a just increased limit mod but this works well enough. A customizable special cap would be nice but it seems no one else had the idea to do this kind of thing and I'm sure this is good enough. Thanks for making this so there is at least one mod that does this.
I have been thinking about a customizable cap. It is a little tricky because the ID of the last record is hard coded into the interface.
I am thinking about doing a version that keeps up with how many times perk points have been applied through the perk page so as to limit it to 10 but to allow bobble-heads, the SPECIAL book, etc. To add points even if they the SPECIAL in question is at 10. I could just keep a longer list. If I put the max limits in globals and build a configuration tape to set the max value for each one.
I'd really like this mod if it were just a bit smaller; I was hoping at first to find a mod that just upped it to 20, but I guess I could just stop putting points in after a certain time huh?
hey I have a problem when I add 1 point to an icon that is blank is not corrected on the contrary is stuck in addition to not adding the point, on the other hand I thought that removing the mod would would fix but not, way to correct it?
Hey, I've been having a similar problem to others here: the mod only seems to work for my Luck stat. The others all say Requirements Not Met.
I did have the old version installed on this game (don't want to restart because it's several hundred hours of play time). Uninstalling then reinstalling doesn't seem to do anything (I'm assuming the perk records are still in my game after uninstall, they just don't do anything unless the mod that determines what those records point to is there). I can provide my plugin list if you want. It's rather large compared to most peoples', though, so that might be a dead end in terms of how much effort would be involved.
For anyone coming by in the future, I figured it out: use the console to remove the final vanilla perk for each stat, then add the first Limit Breaker perk for each stat, and it should work. Find perk IDs with help "[stat] training" 4
I got a weird problem for you. When I installed this mod, it broke the Pipboy app on my phone. It can't connect to the game via Wifi. When I removed this mod, everything was fine again. Probably nothing that can be done about it, but it's very curious.
I suspect the PipBoy app plays by it's own rules. I tried it early on and it did not like my color PipBoy and zoom mods. It probably only recognizes the vanilla values for specials and has slots for them. This would require 693 slots instead of 84. Just a guess.
Hey, I was always looking forward to the original, but could never get it to work, so I'm excited to see this.
Sadly, I can't get it to work for Strength, Endurance or Luck, but the other four, Perception, Charisma, Intelligence and Agility all appear to work perfectly so far!
I should point out on this save file, I've never had the original mod installed on it.

There is nothing in it that would hurt your game if you add it in.
That being said, it is always best to add mods to a fresh game unless otherwise specified by the author.
The DLCs or lack thereof should not affect this mod.

If I ever get a few minutes I am going to write a script for this. Sorry I did not answer.

What were your levels on Strength, Endurance, and Luck when you installed the mod?
Thanks,
