Allows you to train SPECIALs 100 99 times each.
Icons are messed up because I needed to add perks for training.
They look messed up but you can still click on them to add points.

(none of these were tested in-game, they are just examples.)
This mod raises the SPECIAL training limit from 10 to 1000, give em hell.

I am posting this as is. I fixed it for myself and offered it to BatmanMCX. He told me to go ahead and upload it. If you have a problem with it let me know and I will take a look when time permits.

It appears that games that were using the original version and having issues are not repaired. If I figure out how to clean them up so that they do not have issues I will post a new version (or a cleanup tool).
