Great gun models and customization, the sound nearly made my ears ring though. It would be awesome if you were able to patch the sounds if you ever decide to update this mod.
Is there any way to actually take it OUT of the leveled lists? I don't really like it when half of the raiders I face all use uncommon WW2 weapons. I tried removing the script file that injects it into the LL but it still appears. And I don't seem to be able to download the GECK anywhere either..
This mod looks really good and Fallout 4 lacks alot of ww2 weapons imo. Would you be willing to let this mod be ported to Xbox with your permission and with credit given to you?
I'm a bit late to the game but the weapon looks fantastic. The attention to detail is outstanding and it really looks like it fits into the original game. Strangely enough I'm getting the opposite sound issue to everyone else, I can barely hear it. It seems like it's playing NPC firing sounds for the player ? The actual sound file sounds perfect. Also it needs a loop for automatic fire I've been trying to figure out how to adjust the volume or simply make it use existing sounds but no luck so far unfortunately.
i also wish the the leveled list integration made use of the templates that were created. Seems like I only see a muzzled standard version ? Maybe it will diversify later in the game, I'm still low level.
If the author decides to revisit this one I'd love a sound fix, it really is an amazing looking weapon !
Thank you for sharing this awesome weapon !
*EDIT*
Reverted to the older version that makes use of vanilla sounds, works a charm. Thank you ! Endorsed.
I absolutely love this mod. The weapon mods, the model, the sights, but the sound is way too loud. It's too loud using it, and too loud when used by enemies. If you turned the firing sfx down to a normal volume it'd be a 10/10.
You can use this: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/30141?tab=files The non .esp version replaces animations for all weapons that use the combat rifle/ shotgun animations.
