The magazines are in a hidden room you can only access by console for other mod authors to use, the tape only exist in the world in Sanctuary but is supposed to be in all the leveled list. Have you been finding it in containers where you normally find tape?
The tapped magazines are a standalone asset packaged in this mod for other mod authors to use. But yes once done NPCs in Fallout 4 Redefined will use tapped magazines too.

I'm confused... I've been using this since you released it but all i get is gray tape. No colored ones at all.
Exception of those on the workbench in sanctuary of course.
So far i keep finding only regular gray duct tape...
I'll try playing with my load order.. that may be the issue.

I manage to find 1 single BLUE duct tape roll in a file cabinet.... in the last 3 days of gaming...
So... not sure if this is working properly.
Will npc's use this in the world, for example, can I find a hunting rifle with a taped mag or is this a workbench exclusive?
