nah. i havne't played Fo4 in years and don't really plan to again anytime soon. Also, I didn't make them myself (see the credits), I just edited in the textures and made it work with Bodyslide
because most likely the author enabled white specular in the material file of the outfits. It's a 1 minute fix actually. Just edit the bgsm file with material editor by turning the color of the specular to black
Thanks. im not sure all what that means but with the power of google I have found the material editor. Now to get to work to learn how to use this nifty tool.

Thanks. I'll see if I can get around to it at some point. This week is my last week for one of my summer college courses, so my brain is wrapped up in two final papers and a final presentation.
2, I cannot. I can't model. This is just a port from skyrim with some retextures. There are some scarves and hoods out there though. The Pampas mod has a nice hood for female characters at least.
