- Added 3 unique indestructible Hazmat Suits with Hot Rodder designs, found in endgame locations

- Fixed a bug where the Radboy causes other animations to behave erratically
- Made the Marine Armor Helmet work like a gas mask concerning rad ingestion
- Added a rad resist buff to the Nukagirl Rocket Suit Enchantment, making it more desirable and lategame-y, as it's not touched by the Hazmat Suit breaking effect.
- Fixed a bug where RadAway did not cure some rad poisoning effects
- Fixed some oversights on various weather and hazard effects.
- Added rad ingestion to radiation cloaks of glowing creatures.
- Regular small explosions (e.g. frag grenades) now "stir up dust" and place a small hazard.
