You would too if you got teleported frequently into a middle of a bullet storm to kill some jerk's target because he/she just didn't feel like aiming without VATS.

But just imagine if its outside his control. He's sitting home, having dinner with his family and then - BAM! He gets snatched into thin air to the other side of the continent to shoot a radroach. Or he's having sex with his wife and just before climax - BAM! Nonono, mr. Mysterious Stranger, we need you here to shoot at some miserable raider waster.

Rank 4 had an equal chance of giving you one of the three, but if you are up against multiple enemies you also have a chance of getting two of them. All the while, with chance going from lowest to highest per rank, Mutt (Wounded Dog/Sparky/Butface) can also appear and one hit (bite) kill most enemies, stronger enemies or those in power armour will fall or be stunned respectively. This is if you helped the wounded dog in the encounter and have both animal friend and attack dog.

Hello, wanted to thank you for this mod. I am always trying to make Fallout 4 feel more like the classic games and I believe it's details like these that make a huge change. I was wondering if you were planning to release that outfit standalone. When I equip it I have invisible hands. Would you be willing to fix it somehow or is this a glitch on my side ?
The ID for his outfit is "XX000800". It's just called "Leather Jacket" in the game if you wanna use the console to get the first 2 numbers easier.
I only actually downloaded this mod to wear the jacket on my character so I ended up having to spawn him in, set him to non-essential and type "killall", loot it from his body, get the name, search it in the console to get the ID so I could reload and give it to myself without killing him......Lot of bloody hassle but worth it....It's a pretty cool freaking outfit.
The main idea behind the mysterious stranger since Fallout 1 was that he actually IS mad max, or kind of a reference to him. Then bethesda changed him to some guy in a trenchcoat. Today's fallout lacks the details like this, the pop culture references and jokes.

But the Mysterious Stranger's equipment in Fallout and Fallout 2 was just leveled. I personally saw the Mysterious Stranger in power armor more than I ever saw 'em in bargain basement Mad Max cosplay.
