Home Plate
That nice little house you purchase for 2000 caps in Diamond City. This is my take on it. You have pretty much anything you can ask for. A double bed, furniture to store your clothes, a couch, a TV, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terminal if you want to write in your Dear Diary. Let's be honest, Home Plate isn't an ideal place to build but I managed to pull off something decent. Geneva clearly riped us off. I decorated it as best I could but it isn't exactly a home run. Puns aside, it might look a bit full but there's more than enough room for you to move freely.

Mods Required
The Plug-ins are in the picture, but the list isn't complete. I'll list every mod I have related to settlement building and you choose which ones you want, or need. It's easier for everyone this way. If you need more information on the plug-ins, you can open the JSON file with Microsoft Word and see for yourself.

Transfer Settlements (Obviously)
Build your own pool (I don't have a pool, just showers)
Ceramic Bathroom Fixtures (Default, Standalone option)
Craftable Balcony Supports
Dino's Decorations
Do it Yourshelf
Just Some Rugs (Without table clothes)
Ms. Rae's Wasteland Curtains
No More Floating Razorgrain
OCDecorator
 Settler's Furniture
Videos of the Wasteland (and any patch you might need)
Workshop Junk Grinder (I don't think I used it here)
Super Famous Art (Replaces the vanilla paintings with famous ones)
New Infinite Settlement Budget Plug-in (Highly recommended, should you want to modify anything)
 Clean Shacks
Settlement Supplies Expanded (I just have the main file)

If I forgot any mod, please do tell me.

Obviously, there are mods in this list you don't need, like clean shacks, No more floating razorgrain and craftable balcony supports but I'm not completely sure how the Transfer Settlements mod works, since wires and vanilla manequins are not imported, so I think it's best to play it safe and really check the JSON file.
My next project will be a "Raider Settlement" - Nuka World Red Rocket, but that is a HUGE settlement so it will take a while.
