Finally I can get rid of those mounds and fully clean my road. There's a little tip I want to add here for people. If you use the repaired bridge, you've probably noticed how ugly it looks and textures people have done for the broken bridge such as https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/28138?tab=description don't work on the fixed bridge, but there is a way to fix that. After you download and install the new textures you want for your bridge, you need to rename the files. Go to Program Files -> steamapps -> common -> Fallout 4 -> Data -> textures -> Architecture -> Unique.
After you have added the new textures for the sanctuary bridge, you should see these 6 files in this folder:
It is important that you put the _prewar BEFORE the _d, _n, or _s or the textures won't load. After this is done, just hop into the game and the new textures will be on your rebuilt bridge.
(Note: based on how many mods you have and your computer, it may take a moment for the full textures to load in)
POTENTIAL FIX FOR THOSE THAT STILL HAVE THE BROKEN BRIDGE. ---------------------------------------- I am posting this given that the broken bridge issue does not seem to have been fixed and I did not see any updates done to this mod for way more than a year, in hopes that I may save others some trouble. .
As you may have experienced or read in the Bugs section of this mod, you may (will?) see the broken bridge when using the "Scrap Everything" mod and this mod (yes, even if you use the "Bridge Version" which is supposed to replace the broken bridge with a fixed/nicer bridge). Although it is not perfect, I have a workaround for this: 1.) Install this mod, "Sanctuary Environmental Overhaul" variant. This will still clean up/smoothen the roads, get rid of the dirt that is sticking up, and make most of the river surrounding Sanctuary deeper. 2.) Install the "Sanctuary Bridge Repair and Retex" mod. This will fix the bridge to no longer be damaged (mesh change) and change its looks to a nicer one (texture change). This mod does not use any .esps/.esls, for those concerned. Has a bunch of areas where there's rocks and objects sticking out, along with breaking previs, but I love the idea.
If anyone is curious, the best bridge (without floating issues or other objects just not pairing well around the seams) to pair with this one is The Sanctuary Bridge, ofc you have to use the post-war version of this mod for it to work.
Not my all-time favorite Sanctuary mod. I MUCH prefer the deeper river and tidied canal walls, but the roads are still lumpy, grassy, and disconnected after scrapping all of the trash and debris, and the repaired bridge doesn't work properly (I still have to use the Sanctuary Bridge Repaired mod). I thought this'd be a combination of the two mods mentioned in the description, but tis not so. :/

After you have added the new textures for the sanctuary bridge, you should see these 6 files in this folder:
wooddetailsnorthbridge01_d.dds
wooddetailsnorthbridge01_n.dds
wooddetailsnorthbridge01_s.dds
woodplanksnorthbridge01_d.dds
woodplanksnorthbridge01_n.dds
woodplanksnorthbridge01_s.dds
What you want to do is add _prewar to each of these file names, so that they look like this:
wooddetailsnorthbridge01_prewar_d.dds
wooddetailsnorthbridge01_prewar_n.dds
wooddetailsnorthbridge01_prewar_s.dds
woodplanksnorthbridge01_prewar_d.dds
woodplanksnorthbridge01_prewar_n.dds
woodplanksnorthbridge01_prewar_s.dds
