Finally I can get rid of those mounds and fully clean my road. There's a little tip I want to add here for people. If you use the repaired bridge, you've probably noticed how ugly it looks and textures people have done for the broken bridge such as https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/28138?tab=description don't work on the fixed bridge, but there is a way to fix that. After you download and install the new textures you want for your bridge, you need to rename the files. Go to Program Files -> steamapps -> common -> Fallout 4 -> Data -> textures -> Architecture -> Unique.

After you have added the new textures for the sanctuary bridge, you should see these 6 files in this folder:

    wooddetailsnorthbridge01_d.dds
    wooddetailsnorthbridge01_n.dds
    wooddetailsnorthbridge01_s.dds
    woodplanksnorthbridge01_d.dds
    woodplanksnorthbridge01_n.dds
    woodplanksnorthbridge01_s.dds

What you want to do is add _prewar to each of these file names, so that they look like this:

    wooddetailsnorthbridge01_prewar_d.dds
    wooddetailsnorthbridge01_prewar_n.dds
    wooddetailsnorthbridge01_prewar_s.dds
    woodplanksnorthbridge01_prewar_d.dds
    woodplanksnorthbridge01_prewar_n.dds
    woodplanksnorthbridge01_prewar_s.dds

It is important that you put the _prewar BEFORE the _d, _n, or _s or the textures won't load. After this is done, just hop into the game and the new textures will be on your rebuilt bridge.

(Note: based on how many mods you have and your computer, it may take a moment for the full textures to load in)

POTENTIAL FIX FOR THOSE THAT STILL HAVE THE BROKEN BRIDGE.
    ----------------------------------------
I am posting this given that the broken bridge issue does not seem to have been fixed and I did not see any updates done to this mod for way more than a year, in hopes that I may save others some trouble. .

As you may have experienced or read in the Bugs section of this mod, you may (will?) see the broken bridge when using the "Scrap Everything" mod and this mod (yes, even if you use the "Bridge Version" which is supposed to replace the broken bridge with a fixed/nicer bridge). Although it is not perfect, I have a workaround for this:
1.) Install this mod, "Sanctuary Environmental Overhaul" variant. This will still clean up/smoothen the roads, get rid of the dirt that is sticking up, and make most of the river surrounding Sanctuary deeper.
2.) Install the "Sanctuary Bridge Repair and Retex" mod. This will fix the bridge to no longer be damaged (mesh change) and change its looks to a nicer one (texture change). This mod does not use any .esps/.esls, for those concerned.

Has a bunch of areas where there's rocks and objects sticking out, along with breaking previs, but I love the idea.

If anyone is curious, the best bridge (without floating issues or other objects just not pairing well around the seams) to pair with this one is The Sanctuary Bridge, ofc you have to use the post-war version of this mod for it to work.

How would this work with Sanctuary Rebuild by Aurelianis?  They include an option to repair the bridge.

You'll want to get the post-war version, as this mod doesn't modify it at all, so any bridge replacer should work.

Don't know what I'm doing wrong but this only fixes the bridge and raises the water level for me, roads are the same.

Not my all-time favorite Sanctuary mod. I MUCH prefer the deeper river and tidied canal walls, but the roads are still lumpy, grassy, and disconnected after scrapping all of the trash and debris, and the repaired bridge doesn't work properly (I still have to use the Sanctuary Bridge Repaired mod). I thought this'd be a combination of the two mods mentioned in the description, but tis not so. :/

Why is this flagged as a Master file in Vortex? It won't let me put it after Scrap Everything in the load order...

I came by after a month of testing this mod just to say well done, and thank you. This mod works really really well.
Be careful though! If you use something like Scrap Everything along with it's counterpart Scrap (Not Quite) Everything then it might (just might) play up after a while.

The water will be fine. The road will also be good, but in my case, the bridge went back to post-war. I didn't add or change anything that would edit or alter Sanctuary in that way, but I did install a ton of other mods since then, so always make sure it's at the bottom of your load order, even more so than those two mods (so I may have forgotten to drag this down with those two once I had installed the new mods, you with me?). In fact, it's best not to install it until you've finished with Scrap (Not Quite) Everything, as you're then dealing with a clean slate. Scrap (Not Quite) Everything has a much better solution to the road that very few mods have been able to do. Sparky's Quantum Adventure does it well, but then, that was its sole purpose. Having the water cleaned out and deepened means I can now take a (running!) jump off the top floor of my 12 storey build and land in the drink rather than taking two lifts, or being roadkill on main street.

Good job and thanks again. A very handy mod.

Nice mod. Makes it a bit hard to put water pumps in river but using stilt floors first works. Are you going to make mods for deeper waters, in other parts of the Commonwealth?
