Due to "life things" that have happened, I'm sorry to say that I'm not going to be able to develop this mod any further. I don't know if this will be permanent or not, so far it looks like it is. I will continue to leave this mod up for people to download and enjoy. The "Disclaimer Stuff" rules found on the front page still applies and if you have any game bugs you can look in the "Known bugs and fixes" list in the bugs section to do any troubleshooting. It's been fun and I really enjoyed modding, but sometimes life can can be a running jump-kick to the head. God bless you all and goodbye.
You should know, this mod has become the most important one in my FO4 experience. Every house I build uses your floor pieces at the very least, most use the walls.

Did you get an answer from the author? Because we REALLY need this on the xbox, because it's wonderful. The shack walls with windows alone makes it a must have.
I assume "Can I use this in part or in whole with my mod?" means using your assets as modders resource is not allowed? Shame if that's the case, I'd love to use the barrel fireplace in a player house mod I've been working on. I hope you open the permission to atleast use things as modders resource on day.
This is a really amazing mod; the author made really excellent choices in what to include. It's very easy to make a settlement living space look really lived in
