   i tied this but any changes to sanctuary root celler, such as mod sanctuary basement seem to prevent the screws and springs note appearing i deleted that mod,and all was well,its a handy mod as i always need an item i havnt got, yes its something thats needed by me anyway,cheers.

   Bro i realy want to use your mod. But i have a problem... I don't know how get the perks.

      You could get these perks by buying recipes from the vendors mentioned on the desc tab.
      Really helpful mod.

   There were a few of the notes that realized were conflicting with "Choice Chopped" and "Weaponsmith Extended".
   
   I went into FO4Edit to update my leveled list patch (I gave up on Wrye Bash long back) and noted that Tinker Tom's inventory was included with no change from vanilla.
   
   Was this intentional?
