This mod is exactly what I wanted, because I just HATE how every mod forces me tu use really rare items to craft ammo, like acid. The only thing I REALLY wanted for this mod is for the perk requirements to be gone, but I have 0 modding xp :c
Love this mod, I'm using it on Xbox. Was wondering if maybe it would be updated to add the new ammunitions from one of the next gen creation club quests, the one with a bunch of new guns. Acquiring the new ammo is quite annoying and it would be very convenient to just be able to craft them too (40mm grenades, saw blades, baseballs, piggy bombs, nails, etc.) Thanks either way!
It's been over a year since you posted this. That said...Here is the solution to some other Awesome & Simple Ammo Crafting, & it comes with some of the most fun & best weapons for the game!
Misriah Armory https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3936810MM AMMO IS INCLUDED IN THE NEW WORKBENCH you will have access to through this mod!
So once you get out of the vault & do the missions that lead to the settlement crafting ability to be unlocked, you can then craft the Misriah Workbenches. They are very interesting & one is specifically for AMMO! It doesn't allow crafting of every type of Ammo. But .308, 5mm, 10mm, 5.56, & I think .50 bmg & maybe a couple others are included, as well as some energy ammo's & the Misriah Armory Weapon specific Ammo's.
If you haven't already. Have fun with this. I'M HAVING A BLAST! Pun intended!
Thank you for finding this and posting it...it does indeed work...with a couple of tweaks. Firstly, you have to change the number of your addition, in the [KWYD: xxxxxxxx] section, to reflect your individual load order number. In my case:
AesAmmoCraftingWorkbenchKeyword [KYWD:0100F9A]
became:
AesAmmoCraftingWorkbenchKeyword [KYWD:26000F9A]
because the mod is number "26" in my load order. This number will vary depending on where the mod is in your individual load order; what I've written above likely won't work for you...you need to find where the mod falls in your own individual load order. Secondly, and I don't know if this matters or not, there should be *three* zeroes following the load order number. Or, at least, that's how other entries in FO4Edit are...not sure if the consistency is needed on this one or not.
All this said, I am a mod maker of *none* (lol), and I'm not guaranteeing this...I'm just documenting what worked for me, and the above entry worked PERFECTLY in my game and my Ammo Workbench now has 10 mm in it.
AWESOME MOD! Simple Bench! Does what it says it supposed to do! MAJOR PROBLEM SOLVED! You are Awesome! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
I gotta love Bethesdrunk for at least creating FO4 so we have their tool. But it's the Modders that made this game worth playing at all! I can't believe they left this, along with so much fundamentals out of the game!
If it weren't for people like you, FALLOUT 4 would totally SUCK!
I dearly love this mod and think its absolutely essential for DIYers. If I could make a suggestion for an update, it would definitely include the 10mm ammo, but more importantly- it would have fusion cores added to the craftable lists, because the Gatling Laser chews through them at an alarming rate!
Crafting Workbenches was last updated in April 2016 and has 46 open bug reports with some of them over a year old. I, for one, appreciate having an alternative. Thank you, Aestherus.

THANK YOU for finding this!! :)
Would you add an option or a separate mod to it instead of 10 of a given ammo per 100?

Endorsement, kudos and
I do not mean to disparage the effort you put in, but why make this?
