hey Duskkiller! I took the liberty of taking your mod as a base to make a new version of the zone radio (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/64258?tab=description) I'm not sure if you're still active and will see this though, if you want that I delete it or that you take my file and upload it on this page or something, just tell me. not even sure yet the mod actually works outside of my own pc lol, but I had to let you know! :)
I know this is a late reply, but with a little 10 second search on Googley Moogley I came upon this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KRRGYEFZF4A . Just in case anyone else had the same question about another video game's music. I don't believe there is a "song list" to be had - just some decent guit-fiddling. Although, maybe it's not this, and I don't know what I'm talking about - it happens. If curious, download and check it out.
if you can, please update this mod so you can build a radio tuned to this station from the workshop. I would really love to have this in my base, just playing there
This is kind of a long shot, but since you like S.T.A.L.K.E.R., I was wondering if you also happen to be a fan of ELEX. I would respectfully request that if you happen to enjoy the game and also enjoy the music from its radio stations, that you upload a mod of it for Fallout 4. It's a little tough to find the songs by themselves but I did happen to catch a video that features all the songs on youtube if you'd like to give it a look. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_j1eIMpXndM
Regardless of what you decide to do, I highly recommend you check out ELEX if you haven't already.
Was able to play this just the other day with no issues but now when I play it no songs are played on the station, tried reinstalling using NMM to no avail, tried uninstalling and then downloading again however this also didn't solve the issue. Both Diamond City Radio and Classical Radio work perfectly fine it's just this one that's having an issue, does anyone know what the cause might be?
The only solution for this bug that I could think of is that NMM may not have properly installed the archive that comes with the mod. Since the archive contains the sound files for the mod it would make sense that a missing archive file could be the cause of your problem. Try installing the archive manually and see if that solves the problem. Did this just occur randomly, or did it occur after upgrading to version 2?
Apologies for the late response but to answer your questions this occurred with version 1 and persisted with version 2, I attempted to install manually which fixed nothing unfortunately. Looks like this mod is just buggered for me.
Great stuff, I just wish there was more of it. I found this video which seems to have a slightly larger selection: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vxWcQbla5w8
Do you think it could be incorporated into your mod?
Definitely! It'll just take me some time to find the songs in the stalker SoC and CoP game files. I'll get started on adding them right when I get home from work.
I think I was able to scrape most of the songs in that video from the game files. They're being added now! The new file should be posted in the next 10 minutes.
Zone Radio is probably my favorite station, but as short as all the songs are, it ends up looping back fairly quickly. Are there any more you could add?
