A very useful little mod, yet its most important feature - adding ability to wait anywhere - is currently only mentioned as an afterthought!
Seriously, you should put that at the top, in bold, and add it to the mod title, tag it under gameplay. There are several "wait" mods all claiming to be "simple" but they all require F4SE or MCM or both, and/or some other UI stuff. Simple they aint - not compared to yours anyway.
My only suggestion, late as it is, would be to make it an aid so that it can be favourited. Either way, many thanks.
As well, perhaps adding/allowing others to add decals/skins - I'm sure boring vanilla players will want the Institute or BoS logos, but there really should be proper pro wrestling ones, like WWF, NWA, WCW (to go with the next, more difficult, suggestion), spraypainted NWO (in both Hollywood and Wolfpack colors), and a spray-stenciled "COMBAT ZONE - DO NOT STEAL" one. (Especially if it's not a single version setup - what room full of comic-book racks and weirdly-dressed manniquins wouldn't be complete without a full set of Pre-War Federation folding chairs?)
And finally, requiring a buttload of custom animations, a full La Parka routine - guitar shredding, standing on the deployed chair and dancing, if you're a fan you know what I mean!
No matter what, I'm going to use this mod, because sometimes you just need to take a load off and watch a Vertibird horn in on a Mirelurk Queen/Raider brawl.
Just waiting for my skills to improove before implementing it.
I'll be sure to add some decal options to the chair including wrestling inspired ones.
As for animations, I have no experience with that so far and if its not a pre made animation it isnt getting in i am afraid. Though I could look for an animation for dancing and place it on the chair with an activator button not that i know why you would want to.
Hmm, I could make it a piece of armour that dousnt take up an item slot with spacing to look like its either on your back or on a backpack, though you would have to imagine the string holding it in place. But which backpack to use for spacing?
As for the maid outfit. If you mean a higher risk of crashing when you change area, 10km long breasts when you load a game thanks to physics being odd and a skirt that is lighter than air and heavons forbid you give it to certain NPC's as a weird issue. Then yeah it has a few.
But it really is an awesome outfit. Totally validates my using an auto saver.

Being able to wait anywhere was part of why I made it. Who wants to wait standing up after all?
