anyone using this has the weird issue that "sometimes" it appears faded... and sometimes it doesnt appear at all!! I was under the impression i had other "texture" mod overwriting this one... yet sometimes i start the game, it works fine, then later on it starts fading... then the next lock it has dissapeared... and eventually (without restarting the game) it comes back fully
unless some type of locks uses different texture i dont know why it does that was curious if others had this issue as well..
Yeah this. I was going to say, something that nearly blends in would feel like notches in the lock instead of a conveniently placed LED to help out thieves.
I like what this mod does, but I had the thought if you were interested you could make it more lore friendly. For example no one is going to have a bunch of notches on their door locks that make them easy to pick, but if you could make it look like some kind of tool you snap over it to use while picking a lock as a thieves tool would be more immersive. Meantime I will definitely be using this.
Yup exactly what it is. You can find the exact same mod for Skyrim as well. Makes it easier to do lock picking without completely removing the mini game like that other mod does.
