Feel free to report any sort of issues and I'll try to help. I used the wind generator, although I'm sure the power source that comes with Spectacle Island is still available.
It is possible that some objects may be imported out of place. It might be a problem with the Transfer Settlements - Shareable Blueprints mod rather than the blueprints themselves. If anything is out of place, feel free to tell me or resort to the pictures for information.
Furniture -> Miscellaneous, if you mean to build it. The Power Cycle is part of the Vault-tec Workshop DLC and can be found under Resources -> Vault when you complete the DLC. If you mean the ones I exported, the "gym" is near the main house. Be sure you have all the DLCs though.
