   Anyone know of a mod that makes the staircases and upper floors scrapable, completely?  It'd be nice to not have to work around them.

   Will any furniture I placed in Home Plate disappear once I install this mod

      Nothing should disappear, though things on the upper floor may be floating.
      
      It would be easy enough to install the mod and check. As long as you don't save with the mod enabled, no changes will be permanent.

   Thank you so much! Homeplate has always been a hole-in-the-wall place but your mod makes it usable. It has always bothered me how the floor just 'hung' off the walls. I added some pictures of my finished player home. Endorsed and thank you!

      What did you use to build the 'walls' inside, I noticed those are not an option with the 'base' mod by itself.

      there's also the issue with Local Disk(C: )Program Files/Steam/SteamApps/Common/Fallout 4/Data
      since not everyone will have it installed there.
