Snap and unsnap in workshop mode by pressing "," without quotation marks. A small message will pop up and tell you if snapping is enabled/disabled ( workshop mode must be closed to take effect )

I was searching for a possibility to switch between snapping and unsnapping in workshop. Either you had to use the console or do some tricks with moving the camera around oddly. I made this only for me so if something isn't working I am sorry I am hardly a modder.
Installation:

1. Unzip Archive
2. Drag and Drop all files except the readme to your data folder
3. Start Game and press , to switch between modes ( workshop mode must be closed to take effect ).
Incompatibility:
=================
There shouldn't be any incompatibilities with other mods. Except mods that use the same key ( , ) to trigger events.
