if you need any help with dialogue i may be able to help i started working on a mod similar to this but i was going to use the voice lines (it was my first mod so i hit a few snags)

you know you could just look up how to merge smaller plugins with Fo4 Edit,right? if i took all the mods i merged and counted them separately in my load order i'd have around 310+ mods in my game. i know there's a guide or two somewhere since that's how i learned how to do it.but im sadly too lazy to look at the moment.
