We have all seen those Fallout 4 themed Mashed videos, and we all love Phillip. So I decided to bring our beloved Phillip to the commonwealth! If you have not yet watched them, please do it! Mashed can be found on youtube.
He can be found hanging out with his friend Thadd Sott underneath the power line tower in front of Gorski's Cabin, if you wish to say hello (no, you can't actually say hello to him...yet).
