Increases spawns for Raiders and Gunners to spawn with power armor. Also adds a few hidden enemies.

Also changes a few loot tables for Raiders and Gunners aswell to greater randomize weapon types the enemies spawn with.

The armor on these enemies can't be destroyed either, making them more tank-like and dangerous.

Gunners have about 10% chance to spawn with power armor (depending on your characters level) and spawn with:
T-45
T-51 (chance at lvl 20+)
T-60 (chance at lvl 30+)
All power armors that Gunners spawn with is of model B,C,D and E and scales with your characters level.

Raiders have about 5-10% chance to spawn with power armor (depending on your characters level) and spawn with:
T-45
Raider Power Armor
T-60 (chance at lvl 30+)
And sometimes a mix of all these armors combined, like T-45 combined with Raider Power Armor and so on.

All the power armored enemies also have a greater chance to spawn with bigger weapons like miniguns, flamers, missile launchers and gatling lasers (appears around character level 50+)
