-Gave companions limb damage immunity via the perk "CompanionInspirational", may help against a vanilla bug where companions can get stuck in a downed state until you fast travel
-Nerfed ghouls decently, they were a bit too annoying if you aren't high level, I still recommend bringing a decent melee weapon against ghouls to save a lot of ammo early on
-Ghouls will take more limb damage as compensation for taking such dramatically reduced head damage
-Nerfed lower level super mutant resistances and health some
-Nerfed Mirelurk resistances, their locational damage changes should be enough
-Nerfed Mirelurk Hunters
-Buffed Radscorpions
-Turrets will now take increased damage to their body, but less to their armored parts(like around the gun barrel)
-Health Regen on everything will now be less intense, I may have gone too far in a few places..
-Nerfed regen severely on all related legendary enemies
-Reduced Legendary damage reduction to -40% instead of -50%
(note that all enemies already spawned in will not be affected by any changes except max health)

-Revised a bunch of npcs, higher-level combat will be a bit harder and certain enemies that should be tanky, like Deathclaws, Sentry Bots or Behemoths, are now plenty sturdier

-All "Glowing" variants of enemies have some health regen
-Super Mutant Behemoths have good health regen

-Legendary enemies now take 50% less damage from all weapons, they should put up more of a fight now
-Supermutants now passively regen health which increases in power with higher levels, they were supposed to have this ability in vanilla but it was left out for some reason
-Supermutants have further increased health
-Wolves have less health at higher levels
-Coursers have the following traits:
*Wield automatic institute rifles instead of pistols
*Immune to limb damage
*Increased movement speed
*Take 50% less damage, the same way a Legendary does
*Have 10 Perception, used to be 1 or 2

-Humans & super mutants can now have their limbs blown off without dying, it's a harsh world (if you play with Unbogus Ranged it can happen with anything except low caliber weaponry)
-Most things can be crippled more easily than vanilla, perhaps giving you a reason to not always aim for the head
-Synths can have their heads blown off without dying, and that's cool as hell
-Nerfed radroaches & molerats, didn't realize they were so annoying in the earlier levels, sorry about that
-Bubble Sentries have lower resistances at higher levels and higher resistances at lower levels
-Mounted sentries have a little bit less health and resistances, but still a lot more than vanilla
-Added locational damage changes to various other things
-Nerfed some lower-end enemies health & resistances
-Undid the Ghoul things, apparently there's some element involved I'm not fully aware of that turns the low level ghouls into tanks while high level ones are the way I intended, oh well
