Description
===========
With each level of the Sniper perk, when aiming down sights with a weapon and holding the Alt key to hold your breath, time will slow down.
Requires F4SE (f4se.silverlock.org)
Relies on the Alt key being used for Hold Breath
Install
=======
1. Install F4SE (f4se.silverlock.org)
2. Place SniperPerkMod.esp in your Fallout4\Data\ folder.
3. Enable the mod in Load Order.
Uninstall
=========
1. Delete SniperPerkMod.esp from your Fallout4\Data\ folder.
Incompatibility
===============
This should be placed after any mods that change the Sniper Perk.
