The super muts should not be shut, their battle taunts are a hell of funny "here kitty kitty" "Smashie, smashie!" "We are the future!" "Here human, human, human. I got a treat for you!". I just need the companions shut up, Like oh my gorsh is dusty here over and over again in a place full of enemies.. What I'm trying to say: This mod should be modular and let you pick your taste.
Thanks for the suggestion, currently the settings are for all NPCs during or out of combat. I doubt I can specify per racial group, but will take a look when I next get back into the game.
Installed the mod and removed it again and I think the companions chat even more often since then. Have a robot with me and he kills me the last nerve - Now he has instead of a voice only a peep and he is much more bearable :-D
(but the name is confusing, I don't even use followers but its such a different game when the enemies STFU, especially when you're running at 144hz and the callouts seem to happen even more damn often)
With High FPS Physics Fix, you can lock the framerate for certain activities, like lockpicking and using pipboy, and have the FPS unlocked or capped at a different framerate during normal play. Getting it to work right was a hassle imo, but now I can't live without it.
Not working for me either! To bad, they drive me crazy! I can't stand it, after I give them a command, their scripts will kick in sometimes and cancel the command I just gave them! I wish it would get fixed! Thanks
Is there a way to disable the gifts the followers always give you once a day while I'm trying to talk to them? It's annoying how I am trying to dismiss my follower by opening up the talk dialogue, and I receive a sweet roll instead. Then I have to open the dialogue menu again after to dismiss.
So, I was in love with this for a bit but now I've run into an interesting dilemma. You know how you can run into helpless NPCs out in your travels that are being attacked by molerats or mongrels, they're settlers or farmers? Well, I saved this guy and now he just says "Yeah?" or "Huh?" when I get near him, and the creep is following me everywhere!
Then I realized he wants to thank me and toss me some caps, but I'm almost 100% sure this mod is keeping him from completing his thingy, so now he's just following me LOL. I'll have to disable it and test, but thought I'd share. If that's the case, then I can foresee future problems with other NPC AI down the road.
the only thing this mod is missing, is turning off some followers (i'm looking at YOU hancock) asking to come with you whenever you go near them. Don't call me, i'll call you.
I'd love a mod like this that simply mutes them in combat. I hate everytime I stumble across a radroach or radstag and one of my followers is like "U PICKED THE WRONG PERSON TO MESS WITH BUDDY"

Could you try putting this mod at the end so it overrides any other mods that might be affecting this setting?
