   You know I was jerking around on the creation kit, made me a handful of mute NPC badasses to defend my castle and get into trouble with. These 3 I named after Snake Eyes, Storm Shadow and Jinx, and this weapon is great for them to use in combat. I’ve watched them (or tried to watch they love their stealth boys) slaughter into groups using that blade. I’ll admit I laughed because it was such an ass kicking

      0E000F99 but you should go into your "~" and do a "help ninja 0" (minus the quotes) to double check

      same question, but if it must be used cheat code 0E000F99 not working, if it should be at exit of vault 111, REALLY NOT WORKING

   i managed to get the weapon, but i am unable to "see" it, am i missing a requirement, like DLC?

      416 is the result of having literally every perk unlocked on the skill trees. It's base damage is actually only 20. For a comparison, I believe the Lead Pipe is 18 or 19.
