   I noticed that some of the former slaves outside of the market don't switch to the Nuka-World jumpsuits.

   Love it, but when I uninstalled it, it made everyone naked and I can't change it back lol

      That´s related to the way these npc equip/unequip their outfits. It´s the same thing as in the post-raider nudity bug, and the same thing that happens if you already visited Nuka World. The NPC´s can not unequip their previous outfit so you have to force it with console commands. Disabling the NPC and enabling it again should do the trick.
