Changes the merchant slave outfit to a custom prisoner outfit

DESCRIPTION
This mod changes the outfit for merchant slaves in Nuka World. No more tattered rags.
The normal outfit with collar becomes a prisoner dirty jumpsuit.
The Post-raider outfit changes to the Nuka World/Nuka Cola jumpsuit.
The prisoner outfit can be crafted at chemistry station under the category "PRISON" and it´s available in both versions, clean and dirty.
This mod only works if you haven´t visited Nuka World, if you already visited all the merchants you will have to force the change with disable/enable console commands.
These outfits are vanilla (no CBBE version)
This doesn´t fix the nudity bug post-raider. That fix is scheduled to come within a new version of the Unofficial Patch.
