- VERY VERY rare chance a NAMED only enemy has the same power as you and will spawn with 2 powers (100%) chance and a 5% chance to spawn with 3 powers followed by a 1% chance to have 4 powers

- Added optional versions, choose either head and rad damage or just rad damage as negative effects from the most powerful powers

- Each named boss has had 100% chance of a power added manually to thier inventory, should work now
- Changed power spawn system on NPCs, too many details. Bascally now all that can have powers can have any power and can use them
- Added Aid versions of super speed, Dense skin, flame on, ice form, regeneration, human potential, shield, shadow form and stone skin

- ALL powers made rarer, you can find usually them on Boss raiders and gunners. Expect only 1 power tops per group, sometimes they wont have any
- Children of Atom have VERY high chance to have powers, expect them to usually always have a power
- Removed fire blast, didnt need two fire based attacks
- Absorb life invisible weapons bug fixed
- Flame on noise not stopping when unequipted bug fixed
- Cotainer for powers changed to a body outside vault 111
- Illusion creatures will now disapear on activate to prevent looting their corpse
- Removed sound from earth wall when drawing weapons bug
- Super Speed nerfed for NPCS (by 60%), and their animations speed (by 50%) they were way OP
- Damage for most offensive powers reduced by about 50% as they could one shot enemies even in survival

- New Power: Detect Powers, once equipped it will show a green shimmer around people nearby with powers
- Super Human Potential Melee damage decreased by 65% as it was far too high

- Fixed a couple of powers that killed npcs
- Time Manipulation, enemies will now stop time and gain similar effects to super speed against you
- Reduced chance of defensive powers and increased chance of offesive powers on NPCS to make them equal

- Fixed some powers cant be picked up
- Removed powers from ordinary wastelanders as they were appearing on most dead bodies, all others like minutemen, BOS, raiders ect still spawn with powers as normal
- Charmelon changed to invisibilty, now while invisible even when standing are virtually undetectable even when attacking but suffer 10pts radiation damage per second to make up for the OP ness
