    I AM CURRENTLY WORKING ON A REFRESH OF THIS MOD.

    I've had a busy few years, but I've decided to pick up modding once again. This mod was really my passion project, and I still today have so many ideas for it. I am currently drafting up a brand new version of this mod, which will close down in scope but still provide that feeling of stepping onto the moon and exploring an unknown frontier from the point of view of the Sole Survivor.

    The new version will have:

    • Survival mechanics
    • NO quests (other than the introductory quest)
    • More 'bespoke' settlement experience (with moon-specific settlement objects and features)
    • A much larger settlement space
    • Some beatiful scenery!

    As a result, this mod will stay active but will no longer be supported. I'm building the new version as a fresh new mod, so don't worry, if you have this one installed you'll be able to use the new one!

    This is a sugestion (BIG) for this mod, you could contact the Otellino (Creator of America Rising 2) and together with him use your mod as a new chapter for America Rising 2 and make a Lunar Base for the Enclave and for Enemy Raids at the Lunar base you could put the Zeta Aliens and the Institute to Raid the Lunar Base.

    And There is this mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/41969) That could be the new Space Suit.

      Or make a patch that makes that one new space marine PA a space suit:)
      I mean, the Emperor did start his experiments to create the primarchs on the moon

    I came to find this mod again because I'm finally playing a sort of Institute-adjacent run so having colonies on the moon sounds great - super excited for the refresh!

    Will the refreshed version of project lunar have a buildable teleporter similair to project mojave's teleport? would be cool to have settlements with a moon teleporter building or something like that

    THE PINNED COMMENT LEFT LITERALLY YESTERDAY??? I'm extremely excited for a revamped verison of this mod. I want to play a character who fought in the Sea of Tranquility conflict (that is depicted in the banner in the Museum of Freedom), being able to make them go back to the moon (or perhaps relive their memories) would be so cool. Take your time and have fun remaking it! Good luck

    I finally visited the moon with this mod. But I was stuck there.

    - I use the Terminal near the Teleport to Start Quest: Stranded
    - I put on the spacesuit to beam myself up.
    - On the moon, you can't beam back immediately.
    - You have to complete the quest line: Stranded, even if the teleport says it's online.
    - After completing the quest, you can use the moon base to build.
    - I wish I could understand the FO4 scripting language, because I would use this mod to teach myself modding scripting language
    - First modification would be get rid of that lock from the teleport right away back to Earth, of course you still need the rest of the quest to use the Moon Base there.

    - It was an short fun, gives me Starfield first baby steps Vibes into Space!

    Did someone picked this mod up?. Looks like it is abandoned.

    Anyway you cna subsitutue a Power Armor to function as  aSpace suit?

      I had the option to move them to "Lunar Base" in my settlement list.

      oOAnarkyOo there is a bug where after being on the moon and returning the teleporter will be "inaccessible" even when wearing the space suit. I have experienced this very thing after spending a day building a moon base, returning to the Commonwealth to work on other things, and then when donning the spacesuit to return the teleporter is "inaccessible." It is unfortunate the mod creator never completed the mod with the Nuka-World space suit support as I suspect the bug is with the custom space suit becoming unrecognized by the mod.
