ST Commonwealth

Here is all the commonwealth settlements except (Home Plate -- http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Home_Plate) and (Covenant -- http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Covenant), as these two have very limited build area. I built these settlements with (Fallout 4 Seasons; Spring -- http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5810/?) installed so your version may look a bit bare if you've deleted all trees and bushes.
Some bushes and trees will require removal i used (Scrap Everything -- http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5320/?), to clear up where space was at a premium. but mostly builing
are placed around the trees and bushes.
Power lines will require (Longer Power Lines -- http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2241/?) as there are some long distances to connect up. also the (Wall Pass-Through Power Conduits -- http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/20262/?), need to be reatched to work after import simply pick up and let it snap back in to place.

Installation;

The files are in three folders; Abernathy - Greentop, Hangman - Somerville and Spectacle - Warwick. Just place these in the 'Data\F4se\TransferSettlement\Blueprints' folder.
