    I have added an optional higher resolution 2K version to download. I am currently working on a 4K version to be available soon.

    Sooo..... The particle mod is gone. Deleted and removed when author deleted their account. Any other recommends?

    The bullet impact smoke is so thick it makes the gunplay unplayable as you can't see the enemy behind it. Any solution for it?

    If you're going to use this with Extreme Particle Overhaul I recommend removing the file SmokeCrawlImpactGrad.dds from this mod. Both of them together as standard makes this big brown puff of smoke that hangs around for too long wherever your bullets hit

    The flamethrower doesn't appear to be firing... anything at all with this mod enabled, just lethal hot invisible air.

    Anyone else experiencing transparency issues during huge explosions like from a car? Or is it some incompatibility?

      Yep me too, and it's not only with this mod, I mean any other mod that modify smoke/flame textures is doing it in my game..

      I think Luke is correct. The transparent smoke with explosions has been an ongoing issue in Fallout 4 and various mods

      well I have a huge load. Maybe NAC (weather, lighting), PRC (ENB preset), Extreme particles overhaul
      But I'm not sure how other non-texture mods can make alpha channel of transparency on texture behave different way
      Regarding your 4k option. I am pretty sure it is too much.
      Each polygon of a smoke/flame effect will take up to 800x800 pixels on a 4k screen, and it is for huge smoke texture like from a car explosion/nuke. You can count approximate pixels even on my screenshot. It is just a small plane with texture that never will occupy even a half of screen. All pixels over that resolution will just eat your memory with no difference in quality. Since a pixel on a screen can show only one pixel.
      Good job tho.

      I don't have that smoke problem as far as I can tell but do have big explosions issue (weird square effects) with fat man and car explosions...
      deleted this file seems to fixed it for me... ( textures\effects\gradients " NukeFireballGrad.dds )

    Hey, thanks for the mod - nice work!
    May I add a little request? In case you work on a new version, would you add that smoke to those burning tire piles, like that one at the Pillars of the Community?
