Install and uninstall
It is a single file, the mod is created only with the Creation Kit and has no requirement or contraindication, only have problems with mods that use that same space.
Copy the data into the game directory and enable it in the mods menu of the game or use the NMM, to uninstall it simply delete it or disable it from the launcher that you have chosen to enable it.
