Fixed issue where Aluminum Tin was not being given upon activating Bobby Pin Box.

Changed the name of the Full plugin with VIS tags to match the one without. This will ensure 100% compatibility with future updates as well as other related projects.

Increased cost from 1000 to 1050, and refund value from 800 to 1000.
Changed name to include a space so the Note is listed at the top of the Misc tab.
Changed item to a readable note to prevent scrapping due to potential overflow vulnerability.
