Oh, I can't send settlers to East Concord and establish supply routes to / from it. The automatron, which was created in Sanctuary and assigned as a provisioner in East, does not want to go there, stands still. A companion released to East does not go there, but moves to another settlement. At the same time, fast travel works, the workbench works, I can build objects. :((
Only quirk I find is that the big yellow pickup from your East Concord 01 picture keeps respawning every time I fast travel there. I have no idea why this happens, but no matter how many times I destroy it, it keeps coming back.
Maybe it has something to do with the random encounter thing, maybe not... I think I'll go into the esp with the CK and get rid of it altogether, but I thought you might want to know!

I constantly after fast moving disappears part of the fence which I fenced the perimeter of the settlement. It is in the same place on the corner of two roads, where you have a big sign. You do not know why this is happening?
Load this mod *after* Beantown Interiors (if you're using it) or you'll get tears & gaps in the ground and the settlement won't show up in your Pipboy as a valid destination for provisioners.
Works great with Beantown if you do this. Excellent little outpost but sometimes your people will get in fights with the nearby quarry. (if you don't know why, I'm not going to say, its a spoiler ;-)
Yeah, that's a random encounter area. Just move the marker to the edge of road, it won't hurt anything. Some of the encounters though you may not want popping up in middle of town. "A yao-guai ate my baby!'
I'm playing East Concord for some months (ingame) now. There have never been any attacks. Now my settlers are well equiped, so can hunt down a herd of deathclaws. ))
random baddies will spawn there from time to time, radroaches, bears, super mutants, synths, etc. When Quince99 did his Concord overhaul mod he placed a player home there and moved all the cooking stove/random event markers to a spot behind the workhouse in cocord (next to the nuka cola machine on the east side of town) you might wanna do something similar.
For those who are curious: I got both of them to work, but had to load East Concord below Drivable Motorcycle. There's a few quirks, like certain things respawning from the Motorcycle mod.
I"ve always wanted to build a settlement here, where those two settlers bought the bullet. Another concern is that some random events spawn here. A doctor sometimes appears here, and that wastelander suffering from the bad potted meat.I guess I'll try it out and see if I get some visitors! :-)
WORD OF WARNING: This mod seems to conflict with the other recent Concord settlement mod "Concord Township." I tried to use both and got terrain ripping (holes in the very land itself! ) and Concord Township pooped out with the 0 happiness bug. This mod worked fine in this situation, probably load order, but it seems they can't be used together anyway.
