the mod author disagreed with some of the nexus policy changes a while back, so it's a bit of a song-and-dance to get downloaded nowadays. I highly recommend using mo2 where applicable.
Make sure that Transfer Settlements is installed properly, otherwise you won't have the folders necessary. you have to unzip the file somewhere on your computer, (i tend to use desktop for ease of access) Then open up your fallout 4 game folder When that's open follow the path of folders from Data ==> F4SE ==> Plugins ==> TransferSettlements ==> blueprints ==> [number] If you don't have any numbered folders inside 'blueprints' then just make one with the number of your choosing. (Make sure that single digits don't have a zero in them, ie: "1' not '01') Copy the .json file into the numbered folder After that, open up the game and the blueprint should be ready to import.
