It works for me. About 500 mods installed. Didn't work at first, but I did a few steps: - I moved two esp files of this mod to the end of the download in MO2. The game itself does not show these esp. - I disabled the 12 hour version that I use. - I activated the version for 1 hour, went into the game, slept for 1 hour in the Sanctuaary bunker, ran to Concord and made sure that the mod worked and the loot appeared and was saved. - quit the game, turned off the 1 hour version in MO2 and turned on the 12 hour version (which I like). I entered the game and am happy, it worked for me in survival mode. I think this rate can be set using console commands. But I haven't tried it.
24 hour version works great. One of the mods I use seems to have disabled stuff respawning and it makes the world feel really empty and pointless after 20-30 hours of play, so I am very happy that this mod corrects that.
For some weird reason the mod had stop working in mid playtrought , i used the 12 hrs settup for clear and uncleared. I tried to make it work with the several other option, reinstal it , change load order etc etc ....and only the 1hours version seems to work. I wonder if someone had the same issues ?
Great little mod! I installed it set it for a 6 hr respawn and now Iām getting plenty of action without slowing my game( which by the is Fallout 4 VR). The wasteland was getting a little too desolate but this mod brought back some life to it.

Had to adjust loadorder manually though (using Vortex). If anyone has similar problems, this was my solution:
Finally got a working solution to hunt for food in Frost...
However this mod is great !
