Hi there, I have used this mod before on another playthrough & I gotta say this is by far the best settlement mod I have used, I hope you have more in the pipeline.
Indeed there is a kind of fence or ring around the mod, to pass through it disappears part of the landcape, emerged to create the area, an area improvement that prevents other problems, I tried to create the lod and the program closes, sorry.
Great building area. For some reason all that grass really lowers my FPS O_o Cant remove or delete the grass either. Would greatly appreciate a grass free version. Kudos and endorsement.

@ omfgroftloI: I know you don't want to hear this, but just buy a few more memory sticks and spend about $200 on a GeForce 970GTX and this mod will run like a scalded cat. In fact it will change your whole computer experience.
I know not everyone has money for upgrades but I'm just throwing it out there.
I'll keep it simple. Best build ground of any player home mods I've had. Large tolerance on the workbench. Built a huge resort here with swimming pool and it took up most of the yard. Build meter ended up at 75%. Incredible!

To anyone reading this post: If you want a large flat ground in a pleasant atmosphere, this is the place to build your dream home.
Thanks to you for your words, you can have so many pieces in our settling due in part to the excellent graphic performance of the area, you live in one corner of the map and that means having two closed sides, sides that I have finished lightening since they are covered by the wall, I eliminated all the unnecessary pieces and it shows a lot in the performance. I do have images. I'll figure out how to upload a few. Most of them are the inside of the home but I'll send some that show your mod landscape. I have added trees and walkways as well as my pool home.
Since 5.2 I have been having problems with the ground not being where it should be, at first it was every now and then it would do this but now its everytime I go. http://imgur.com/a/Ul9DX
Hi, sometimes the mods do not load well, it has happened to me some time, I solve it removing it from the list and without loading the game I put it back, I hope it will fix you as well as me, regards.
Thank you. I love most of what your mod does except for the power armor. The War Machine power armor did the same thing. When I put it on, my hud is no longer available after I take off the armor. Hopefully I'll get it working again, but I haven't so far.

Hello! This looks amazing, however I have a question that came up during my watching your video. When you took the helicopter, you ended up in Sanctuary by the workbench. Then it looks like you had to go to the workbench to get back to Green Valley. Does the transport marker put you there in Sanctuary? Because if so, I'm worried that this will kind of screw up my set up. I have completely redone Sanctuary and it looks nothing like it originally did. I even moved the sanctuary workbench somewhere else in the complex. So can you tell me how this works?
Hi, there is a small door in the workshop, if you moved it will be floating, I can put it on the wall, right above it, no problem, the V5.2 will be changed. I've done something like Sanctuary, in NewSanctuary, a lot of work, luck. Thanks for comment.
Hey there! No need to move it, because I have a whole new building there, so it doesn't matter. My suggestion would be that you move the marker say to the bridge leading to vault 111 or somewhere out of the building area of Sanctuary. If you don't, this will limit the amount of people who will use your mod, because so many people demolish the houses in Sanctuary or do big changes. Just my opinion. I think you've done great work on this mod, and just giving a suggestion to help it be more usable for people who change Sanctuary drastically.
