   Looks like a useful little settlement. One thing I noticed though, none of the wires were imported; was this by design?

      This was made before transfer settlements had an "import wires" option. I can upload a new version if you would like. I've been meaning to re-do this blueprint if the interest is there.

   Simple mod but makes a huge difference. This is pretty much the only reason I installed transfer settlements. Thank you.

   how did you place the walls so evenly? i never get that achieved on uneven ground. some special snap mod?

      I used the concrete flooring block and then after setting up the wall I deleted the floor blocks and left the walls, then all I had to do was try to evenly square off the walls with the edge of the pool so it looked good.

   Good mod, I would recommend that you change the category to "Transfer Settlements Blueprints" though.
