Description
===========
An empty, completely flat outdoor worldspace with a settlement workbench, for experimenting with build pieces and tools.

To access in game, open the console and enter "coc XhirisSandboxOrigin".

Install
=======
[TO BE WRITTEN] (the usual manual install process for adding an ESP to load order. Nothing special required)

Uninstall
=========
[TO BE WRITTEN] (the usual way for removing ESPs from load order. Adds to the settlements, so not sure of the implications if you uninstall)

Incompatibility
===============
This doesn't do anything with existing cells or objects, so should be compatible with all addons and mods.

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
Unsure what happens to your game if you uninstall after using this. It adds a settlement to the game, so I don't suggest using this in a "real" playthrough just yet. In any case, save before installing.
