Nice. I have put all the power connectors together. Would be good if you backed up with the new transfer settlements and included power cables but still is pretty descent.
yups, it would be nice to see the place done without the scrap everything and to have power but the author of this blueprint didn't come back and his last activity is back in May.
I'm back but playing in VR and there's no F4SE so no Transfer Settlements. Switching saves between pancake and VR looks like a lot of hassle right now.
If there's a version of Transfer Settlements that doesn't need F4SE or there's a F4SE build for the VR version I'll definitely update this with wiring etc. - not to mention a few other similar styled settlements I've got stashed away somewhere.

Disregard, figured out how to connect the fusion power thingies. Now if only the floors stop not being there. Guessing it's a navmesh thing, but I waited like 3 in-game days, at sanctuary and still hasn't worked itself out. Oh well. Great looking settlement though!
This settlement is incredible and I absolutely love how you try to avoid using mods. Gets annoying shifting through settlements because the list of mods required is longer than the amount of mods I personally use. Can't wait to see more settlements pop up in this category... preferably more like yours.
