Does the wiring actually glow?.. Only the green looks like it does, in the pics. I'm using a custom mashup with chrome, so I'd hate to overwrite, if it doesn't have glowing.. I like the colors though & hope to see more, also. THX!
First off, we endorsed this mod, despite not being completely satisfied. The blue/grey retex is not bad as it is, but we think it would have looked much better if the wiring was blue as well, instead of RED. The red version has dark red wiring, the green version has green wiring... why not the same plan with the blue?
Please make a black/blue version with BLUE wiring. ALSO- please include a black/blue retex of the Gatling Laser as well.
Lol, i've had this mod for soooo long and I only just now really realized that they grey+blue (my favorite one!) had red wiring. Now it's gonna bug me! Haha And I agree about the Gatling Laser!
i have a suggestion i love the look of your mods but with how the creation kit and how other mod authors do skins in weapon modifiers i have given this a pass for now and probably alot of people are if you learnt how to make them into modifications your weapon mods would be awesome this is my opinion though. also wanted to say you textures look so nice xD hense why i mention this as i would love to download your reskins but with the amount of weapon skin modification mods i use atm a complete reskin isnt the best option for me just wanted to give my 2 cents once again lovely textures :) no need to reply
I think this should be musket mods at the workbench so we can pick which color we want in game and have the option to have any or all. Plus doing that wont reskin the vanilla textures.
could you perhaps make an option version that just replaces the barrel of the laser musket with a default or charging barrel from a laser? I hate the look of the laser musket but sadly can't find any mods that remove it. I myself don't use it but my minutemen do.
Hey dude quick question: Is this mod compatible with the Gun Nut mod? I know you do a reskin but the Gun Nut mod rebalances guns so I am curious if the multiple variants in terms of colours in this mod get covered by the Gun Nut mod or if they're each separate entities and only one gets covered.
I only modify texture files. I don't know which mod you are talking about, but if you can provide a link to the mod I would be able to give a more informed answer to you
I like the way this mod looks but a few things are deterring me from downloading it: the first being glow maps. I am just converting over from console and have no idea how modding works, so editing the files is a bit scary to me. Perhaps adding in an optional file for glow maps? Second, the limited customization. I know it's probably very hard to make the reskins, but after seeing some of the posts here it seems to have been a while since you posted. If you're still working on this mod, perhaps a black/yellow or digital camo/(insert color here) would be in line? Other than that, I would totally use this mod.
