A very good mod that it is incredible done but if it gets and update I recommend place a wall so that it realy locked like a santuary no devastated by the nuclear explosion
For anyone else having issues with the v2.8 (with tree) version, try installing v2.72 and then installing and merging v2.8. If that doesn't fix it for you, move the mod further down your load order, preferably right to the bottom.
Hi, have you tried using it without any other mod? to see if it's any incompatibility. The order of loading is also important, put it up. I've only had that problem when trying to install it together with other mods at the same time, but putting it alone never jumped me to the desktop. Good luck and thanks for trying.
I'd like to install this mod but I have to get answers for two questions: Are all the houses empty or with furniture? I like such mods with full furniture - not matter what furniture. What is the correct load order?
Oy mate, It is just a Retexture-Optimization mod, no furniture was added to Sanctuary. The furniture already existant have to suffice.
I dont know about load order, try at the end, and in a new game, because some weird things can happen if you load this mod when you have already been in sanctuary.
I will test this mod in a new game, see if still works, and will update this comment to let the lads know.
Result: It just works.
The thing is: I had to deal with the known vanilla bug that merges the old buildings and bridge textures and meshes with the new ones, I still found leafs and debris in some of the old houses, but the new ones work flawless. Same thing with the street, I had the same old cracked road I always had.
No matter how many times I quit the game and reloaded, I could´nt manage to get the mod to work as intented, but its not a problem of the mod, its Bethesda again, thanks to the old and outdated engine they used for FO4.
Great mod. Just what I needed. Endorse for it. A minor detail: In version 2.8, in a couple of houses there is some green grass inside that cannot be removed. Because I am a perfectionist, that caused me some discomfort. On the other hand, I liked the tree at the roundabout and the beautiful view uploaded on it. Thank you for this and for all the work invested in the mod.

I have many similar mods (city builder withOUT furniture) so I do not need it too. I have also installed MANY mods for city building with furniture.
I also think load order should be at last as poSsible.
