well this works right out of the box nice work it is very attractive... it is especially picture inspiring because this Lake House sits right underneath the Airship Player Home and Settlement (PRYDWEN) floating in the sky right above it...
does anybody know how to plop a WORKBENCH down on this build and change it into a workshop/settlement? and is this possible? because I honestly don't think I can cope without being able to at least plop some turrets and do a TINY bit of building and customization.. thanks, and great work!
Hey there, ilpinfas. I have looked at this mod many times, but the last time I had FO4 installed, I already had over 255 mods installed, and several others that weren't active. I recently got a laptop to replace my old gaming rig, and am reinstalling the game, along with mods. I a wondering, the cheat version, is it in English? Thanks in advance. Loving your New Sanctuary, by the way! Would love to see more mods from you guys!

Hi Bernt, this mod has its strong point in the traps, you could load it, grab the 120 magazines, the 12 perk of the companions, the 20 bobblehead and ammunition for 3 wars and remove the mod, all that stays, and you are already Superman Do not spend more time in it. Thanks for the English version. Alas I am having a couple of issues. 1st one when I use the NAC weather mod it rains in the house. It may be a NAC issue But it is a good weather mod and I would like to still use it with your mod. Also I find that generator sound is too loud in the house don't know why. Never the less you have created a really nice house mod. Maybe one day if there was a way to turn on and off the lights in the house that would be really great. With the lights outside on it would add a nice glow around the house.

This mod is fine, but now I will upload a similar, but much more worked and that has me quite busy, 8 hours ago I uploaded the latest version of another mod, NewSanctury, a lot of work. I removed the generators that were previously glued to the house, they can run the sound, you can update it and put a workshop, you would have to panel the floor of the house because in the rest of the area can already be built. This mod has taken me about 50 hours, may be missing another 10 more. XD But be aware of the mod that we will put, FF pre-war Home, with the same theme as this one. regards

Edit: Just used google translate and saw that you are only doing a player home, sorry about that. I believe you can still set up a workbench for building purposes without it being a full settlement. (just a suggestion since saw the comment about conquest below.)

Hehe, yes making a full settlement is hard. I am working on a mod with 3 settlements in 1 location. I saw the sanctuary mod, interesting looking houses (with the higher roofs) and it looks like it covers red rocket as well. Very nicely put together stuff. Keep up the good work.
Hi, my problem is that to appear in the valid list of settlements, I need to start a new game, for a year I have mastered that technique but have that problem, tomorrow hopefully publish a mod that is another settlement that is 100% valid and is very close Also, right behind the bunker 111, surely you like.
