   Is LooksMenu really the only requirement? No skin texture mod or anything?

      Yep, just LooksMenu. Male characters in my game are REALLY light on mods. I think the only other mod that can affect the preset's appearance is Subtle ENB but even that's not much.

      Sorry it took so long to reply - the weapon on the last screenshot is definitely from Milenia and it's the P220 mod.
