How does this mod work? I downloaded all the requirements even the ones not on the NM. Installed and activated it and nothing happens? I can't find anything in the workstation to build and my castle looks the same? Some directions would be nice. It looks awesome!

You need the transferable blueprints mod. When it and it's requirements are installed, go into your pip-boy. There will be a holotape call [Settings] Transferable settlement blueprints or something similar. Play it, hit import settlement and one of the slots should be filled. Click it and it will start importing it. With something this big it will probably take a long time but it works.

Alright I got the transferable blueprints mod installed and installed the castle city blueprints with NMM & copying them to the data folder. When I load the tape and try to import blue prints it says that there are no blue prints to import?

Here's how to use blueprints: download the manual file. Open it, and depending on how the mod author packaged it you'll usually see a numbered folder. You can only have up to 50 blueprints at a time in your blueprint folder. If you want the blueprint to have a different number [than the one the mod author gave it], just create the number folder in your blueprints folder, open it, open the folder in the zip, and drag the file into your newly created numbered folder. Now when you go into game, the blueprint will be the number of the folder you created.

Also, to make things easier in the pip boy, RENAME the file of the blueprint (for instance Castle by KenYipTX). Just be sure to leave the file extension in tact. This is where they are kept:

Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints. Iniside the "blueprints" folder is where you'll see the numbered folders from any blueprints you've downloaded.

      Good luck!

Same problem with a different blueprint. I bug reported it to the transferable settlements mod because it's almost certainly a problem with that mod.

This looks amazing and I'd like nothing more than to use it, but my cheap ass graphics card can barely plan FO4 as it is and crashed when import a settlement with ~700 objects

surprised that this one hasn't 'taken off' One of the best settlements I've seen. Sure I had some work to do to make it how I want, but there is so much detail and so many ideas included in this one that it is a must have.

Both Snap'n build and better stores are hidden or gone from the nexus, you'll have to remove them or no one will be able to use this.

I have to ask, what mod did the neon minutemen sign come from in the first image?

Can't add this for now because of the mods it requires, but just felt the need to comment and say that this looks ridiculously amazing. How long did it take to build this?
