Adds tags for Valdacil's Item Sorting and corrects several typos in messages and notes.

OVERVIEW
- Items added by APC Transport (notes, holotapes, keys etc.) will have proper inventory icons for Valdacil's Item Sorting users
- Several typos/grammar errors were corrected, both in system messages and notes
I recommend just folding this into a merged patch if you use one, changes are small but they were driving me bonkers :) Note, poor capitalization in handwritten notes was left for flavor.
LOAD ORDER
Load this after APC Transport and Valdacil's Item Sorting
Requires BOTH OF THE ABOVE MODS
