Version 1.0



I added pictures of the first 30 homes spawned with this MOD You will see the good bad and the ugly.. just to give you an idea how it works.
Ignore the alignment issues, I just threw this together to test the
spawning. This is all the same exact plot in the pictures reset again
and again..

Also some of the meshes you see are from the version I am working on and not in the current file currently available.





I made this to show the true power of Sim Settlements This is just one foundation type.



These are super basic homes. Good thing is it is SUPER EASY to add stuff to
this so give it a shot! Use it to create your own version! Most of all
